Our Promise

We want every order to be one you're glad you opened. If something isn't right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number, e.g. #FG-000123) is required.
• Blind-box and mystery items cannot be returned once opened, unless the contents are faulty or damaged — the surprise is the product.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We'll email you a return authorisation and instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange is processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
